Vietnamese cooking features lots of goi salad : assortment of raw vegetables, fully fragranced with fresh herbs, sprinkled with peanuts and/or fried shallots.
To vary from the usual carrot -cabbage versions I personalized the recipe with seasonal and local ingredients. I also give you some tips to prepare this recipe very quickly.. This recipe is a vegan one but you can accomodate it with shrimps…
