WEDNESDAY: Aciiiiid, zings and twists? DANCE
JEUDI: Yellow & exotic. BE SUNNY
VENDREDI: Vitamins, magnesium, omega 3 to fuel the day, weekend -8h, GET UP
SAMEDI Green smoothie  DETOX
DIMANCHE: Throw berries . Instant brunch.. BACK TO BED
From  waterproof smoothie (here the waterproof smoothie to cut sugar crave and escape the rain )  to yellow breakfast to radiate, let’s pretend we’re on holidays every morning (ok, say it quick..)                                                                                                                                 Fitness tip reminder: always better to have the whole fruit rather than the juice.
